Since, it is the beginning of June, I thought it would be fun to make a Father’s Day card. So, I decided to use Stampin’ Up! Brewed For You stamps and dies to make a Father’s Day Fun Fold. The stamps and matching dies have several images related to beer and wine, so it is easily adaptable. I first saw this fun fold made by Jackie Bolhuis and decided to use the layout to make it my own.
I used Pecan Pie for the card base and layered it with Glorious Gingham Designer Series Paper. As this Designer Series Paper comes 6″ x 6″, I used two sheets and just reversed the sides. Since Brewed For You is a two-step stamp, I used Tuxedo Black Momento ink for the outlines and Crushed Curry for the ale.

The Father’s Day sentiment on the outside of the card is from He’s All That Stamp Set, while my sentiment on the inside of the card is from the Charming Sentiments Stamp set. I used Tuxedo Black Momento Ink to stamp the sentiments. To “dress up” the inside, I added another mug with ale and did the same with the outside of the envelope (see below).
