I love to stamp, die cut, anything that has to do with card making. Recently, I have been looking into other groups for opportunities to join challenges. Challenges makes me “think out of the box,” which is something I had to do everyday of my career. Stamping and card making push me to do just that. Second, I gain ideas from others. Third, I love sharing MY ideas with others. I enjoy the sense of community and connectivity. II meet wonderful people from all over the United States and the world. I share a mutual interest and enthusiasm with those I meet. The sense of community is important for the times in which we live. Today, I am sharing some cards that I made for different challenges I participated in over the past month.
Creativate Fall 2021 Online Stamping Pre-Retreat Challenges
Several of the cards I made were for challenges from the Creativate Fall 2021 Online Stamping Retreat which is this weekend. This retreat is hosted quarterly by a wonderful group of talented women that work very hard all year long for members of their teams and their customers: Jackie Bolhuis, Sharon Armstrong, Brandi Cox and Connie Stewart! Here are some of the cards I did for the pre-retreat challenges.
Cut and Create 1-2-3 Challenge Triple Time Stamping

Global Design Project
A second group I follow is The Global Design Project. The GDP hosts weekly card making challenges. A new challenge is posted every Monday. This week is a sketch challenge. The challenge was fun and I decided to incorporate Triple Time Stamping in the design of my card. I used Forever Fern Stamp Set. The colors were Evening Evergreen, Cherry Cobbler with Basic White. I love stamps sets that are versatile and used for many occasions!

CASE-ing Tuesday
CASE-ing Tuesday posts a new sketch every week. The word “CASE” means “copy and share everything” or “copy and selectively edit.” Therefore, I can change my card a lot, a little or copy as is. The card below is from CASE-ing Tuesday #323. Here, I chose to use Nature’s Harvest Stamp Set with Harvest Meadows Designer Series Paper.

I hope I brought some inspiration with one or all of the challenges in this post. Likely, I will be featuring some of these cards in a video or live presentation in the upcoming weeks.
