Today, I am featuring the Happy Little Things Bundle for fun and easy card making ideas. The Happy Little Things Stamp set is mix of bold, large print sentiments and a variety of smaller phrases. I found it easy to pair the larger sentiments with the smaller phrases to create unique combinations.
In the Happy Little Things Bundle, there are two banner dies. One can use these dies to either layer stamped sentiments or to create unique backgrounds. Let’s take a closer look at how I used the Happy Little Things Bundle to create fun and easy cards.
Happy Little Things Bundle – Celebrate The Little Things
In the card above, I used the largest die from the Happy Little Things Bundle to create a fun background. Here, I cut five banners, one of each color, using the new 2024 – 2026 In Colors 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. Next, I layered the banners on a Basic White layer. I used the Partial Embossing Technique with the diamond pattern from the Fun Patterns Embossing Folders. Next, I scored along the top and bottom edges of the embossed layer to add dimension and texture.
For my larger sentiment, I used two-step stamping. I stamped the outline using Tuxedo Black Moment ink and filled in the center with Summer Splash. For emphasis, I chose to matte the sentiments on Basic Black card stock. I used the smaller banner to matte my phrase.
For the inside of the card, I continued layering white on black. For the inside, I chose to use a sentiment from the So Sincere stamp set. I finished up by using the open diamond stamps from the Happy Little Things Bundle to add some interest.

Happy Little Things Bundle – Wishing You A Speedy Recovery
The card, above, is very similar to my first card, “Celebrate the little things.” The two major differences, here, include using Thoughtful Designs 12″ x 12″ Specialty Designer Series Paper for the banner background and stamping bold greetings using Tuxedo Black Momento ink.
Happy Little Things Bundle – Celebrate You
Here, I used a large, bold stamp to create a rainbow background. The colors consisted of Real Red, Blueberry Bushel, Shaded Spruce and Pumpkin Pie. I chose colors evenly spaced on the color wheel. To ensure that I had good coverage and the words were evenly spaced, I used a stamping tool for positioning. After stamping my layer, I used the Simply Scoreboard to score above and below each word, “celebrate.”
