How often have you needed a card quickly, but didn’t have the time to make it? That certainly has happened to me! Stampin’ Up!’s Designer Series Papers are so beautiful, they can, often, do the work for you. In this post, you will see how I used Sun Prints Designer Series Paper for stunning cards. The rich, deep colors paired with matching cardstock, an embossing folder and simple embellishments is all you need to create stunning cards that will catch anyone’s attention! Now you are probably thinking, “I don’t have that paper.” Well, don’t let that stop you! Look at what you do have and make a quick and stunning card!

Measurements
- Night of Navy Cardstock
- 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored 4 1/4″
- Basic White Cardstock
- 4″ x 5 1/4″ (2)
- Scraps for stamping greeting
- Sun Prints Designer Series Paper
- 3 3/4″ x 5″
Instructions
- Fold Night of Navy on scoreline
- Emboss Basic White Layer with Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.
- Glue layer of Designer Series Paper to embossed layer.
- Adhere the cardstock/DSP layer to the front of the card base.
- Stamp internal greeting on second Basic White layer.
- Stamp fern leaf in lower right corner.
- Adhere layer to inside of card.
- Stamp external greeting
- Trim or die cut. Adhere to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Add three white Classic Matte Dots, if desired.

- Scrap for greeting
- Basic White:4″ x 5 1/4″ (2)
- Scrap for greeting
- Sun Prints Designer Series Paper3 3/4″ x 5″ or 2 1/4″ x 5 1/4″
- Fold cardstock on scoreline.
- Emboss Basic White layer using Fern 3D Embossing Folder.
- Adhere DSP to embossed layer.
- Adhere the cardstock/DSP layer to the front of the card base.
- Stamp internal greeting on second Basic White layer.
- Stamp fern leaf in lower right corner or add 3/8″ x 5 1/4″ strip of matching DSP to edge.
- Adhere layer to inside of card.
- Stamp external greeting
- Trim or die cut. Adhere to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Add embellishments, if desired.
