Hello Irresistible Window Card: Online Exclusives Blog Hop

Today’s card is part of the Crafty Collaborations Online Exclusive Blog Hop. I wanted the Hello Irresistible Designer Series Paper to be the focal point of my card. The paper is absolutely gorgeous. As a result, I decided to make a Hello Irresistible Window Card. I love window cards, and this one is quick and easy because the Designer Series Paper does the work!

I love the prints in the Hello Irresistible Designer Series Paper so there was very little work to do. My card base is Basic White Thick. I used the Rectangle Stitched Dies to create my window from Flirty Flamingo. Rather than using foam strips, I cut 1/8″ strips of Basic White scraps and layered them on one another to create the frame around my window. I, often, like the look of this better than the foam. I added a few sequins along with the Loose Daisy Embellishments for the shaker elements.

Next, I cut my greeting using the Something Fancy Dies. I added a die cut flower and leaf from the Hello Irresistible paper and a Brushed Brass Butterfly. Quick and easy! I finished the inside with a matching strip of the Designer Series Paper and a greeting from the Inspired Thoughts stamp set.

  • 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
