I don’t know about you, but this time of year, I am always looking for a special way to give the gift of money. Handmade holiday card money holders are perfect! Not only are they quick and easy to make, but they are great for using up Designer Series Paper! Additionally, you can do as much or as little as you like, when it comes to stamping and die cuts. What’s even better, is that while the examples below are Christmas money card holders, these are perfect for any occasion: birthdays, showers, weddings, anniversaries just to name a few!
The examples below were made using the Celebrate Everything and Sweetest Christmas Designer Series Paper. The card bases were coordinated with the colors in the designer series papers. The money card holders are closed with a belly band. The second largest circle from Stylish Shapes dies is perfect for decorating the belly band. I chose to use the Tailor Made Tag dies as a label for the recipient’s name, but you could just as easily use the circle to add the name of the recipient.
