Stampin’ Up! Note Cards and Envelopes are perfect for making quick and easy note cards in minutes. I like the note cards beause I can make several at a time in a matter of minutes. If you are like me, something always seems to “pop up” and I need a card in a hurry. It does not matter if I need a quick “thank you” or I want a small gift for someone, these note cards are perfect! I can easily package 4-6 note cards with a variety of sentiments to give as a gift.
Quick & Easy Note Card design
In my note cards above, I decided to layer with Basic Black. I love the look of black and white cards with a “pop” of color. Here, I used Stampin’ Up! Quiet Meadow Stamp Set. But, because this layout is versatile, one could easily substitute, just about, any stamp set. The images and sentiments were stamped using Tuxedo Black Momento ink. I chose to use Stampin’ Blends including Sweet Sorbet, Daffodil Delight, Azure Afternoon, Highland Heather and Granny Apple Green for my flowers. Smoky slate was used to stamp the splatters on the card front. To add the finishing touches, I used Black Baker’s Twine for the bow and Classic Matte Dots to embellish the card front.
I kept the inside of the card simple by stamping the smaller floral image in the lower right corner of the inside. To finish off the envelope, I repeated the larger floral stem on the lower left front of the envelope, as shown, thereby, creating a piece of stationary.
The video below demonstrates how to make these quick and easy fun folds with an adaptable layout. Further down in the post, you will find the supplies, measurements and instructions with a downloadable PDF. Leave me a comment, I would love to know what you think of these quick & easy note cards.
