Rustic Harvest Fun Fold – Day 4 of ‘Sneak Peek” Week

I love autumn, so naturally, when I saw the Rustic Harvest Suite it was a “must have.” This suite consists of the Hello Harvest Stamp Set, Rustic Pumpkin Dies, Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper, Leaf Label and Amber Gem Combo Pak and so much more! The papers consist of rich, beautiful fall colors. Immediately, I thought of doing a quick and easy fun-fold that allows you to make four card bases out of one sheet of cardstock.

Rustic Harvest Pumpkin Cards

Measurements:

• Mossy Meadow:
  • 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
  • 3″ x 4″
  • scrap for die cutting pumpkin tendrils
• Basic White:
  • 3 1/4″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
• Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper/Cajun Craze Cardstock:
  • 4″ x 5 1/4″ (first pattern)
  • 2 1/4″ x 6″ (second pattern)
• Early Expresso
  • scrap for die cutting stem of pumpkin

Instructions:

1. Adhere Designer Series Paper 4″ x 5 1/4″ to card base.
2. Fold Basic White on scoreline; adhere back of card to card base.
3. Glue Mossy Meadow layer onto front of Basic White card.
4. Die cut pumpkin pieces and stem.
5. Stamp greeting on Leaf Label; adhere to front of card.
6. Adhere stem and largest pumpkin to card front using Multipurpose Glue.
7. Attach center of pumpkin with Stampin’ dimensionals.
8. Attach small bow from Baker’s Twine with a Glue Dot over the hole in the leaf.
9. Add Brushed Metallic Dots to front, if desired.
10. Stamp inside sentiment, if desired.
11. Adhere 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ strip of DSP to inside left edge of Basic White card.

Rustic Harvest Designer Paper Cards

Measurements:

• Basic White Thick Cardstock:
  • 4 1/4 x 5 1/2″ (card base)
  • 3 1/4″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″ (small card)
  • scrap for sentiment banner
• Merry Merlot or Cajun Craze (layer)
  • 4″ x 5 1/4″
• Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper
  • 3″ x 4″

Instructions:

1. Attach Merry Merlot or Cajun Craze layer to Basic White Thick card base.
2. Fold Basic White small card on score line; adhere to card base using Multipurpose Glue.
3. Attach Designer Series Paper to front of card.
4. Stamp banner with the greeting using ink pad that matches the cardstock. Die cut banner.
5. Adhere banner using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
6. Place Amber Gems on card front, if desired.
7. Stamp inside sentiment, if desired.
8. Stamp small flower on inside lower right corner of Basic White card.
