Today’s card class provides a sneak peek of the Stampin’ Up! Notes of Nature Bundle and matching products from Natures Sweetness Suite Collection. This bundle caught my attention for several reasons. First, there are two different background stamps, both, involving scripts and words. Second, there are detailed dies, in addition to, those that cut the stamped images. I, particularly, like the die that punches holes allowing me to weave the Gold Leather Trim throughout to add texture, dimension and interest to my card. Last, the Nature’s Sweetness Designer Series Paper is my favorite in the upcoming 2024 January – April Mini Catalog. Using just three colors, Pebbled Path, Pecan Pie, and Gold Foil the papers are, absolutely, stunning. Not a color combination I would have come up with on my own!
Notes of Nature Bundle: Sneak Peek
I chose Pebbled Path for my card base and layers along with Basic White. The Basic White layer was dry embossed with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder. For my accent pieces, I used Pecan Pie. With a die from the bundle, I was able to create the accent strip with the holes. This allowed me to weave the Gold 1/8″ Faux Leather Trim to create an attractive edge and focal point.
For the sentiment, I cut a circle from Basic White and Pecan Pie using the middle circle from Stylish Shapes Dies. I stamped the splatters with Pecan Pie. Then, I stamped the sentiment using Pebbled Path.
I wanted to add just a “pop” of color, so I chose Lemon Lolly and Lemon Lime Twist for the flower and the leaves. The flower was colored using Stampin Blends and the leaves were cut using a die from the bundle and a scrap of Lemon Lime Twist. I used the gold Blooming Pearls to embellish the card front.

Notes of Nature Bundle Card Inside
My inside layer is Basic White with a one- half inch strip of Pecan Pie layered with a 3/8″ strip of Nature’s Sweetness Designer Series Paper.
I, often, wait to stamp an inside sentiment until I know the reason and to whom I am sending the card. This allows me some flexibility.
