This week, I have been focusing on birthday cards, simply because I need several this time of year. Today’s Beautifully Happy Birthday Card is made with the Beautifully Happy Stamp set from the 2023 Sale-a-bration brochure. This gorgeous stamp set requires two-step stamping. There are several sentiments in a scripted font. Personally, I love this stamp set!
I chose to use Petal Pink Country Gingham 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper for my birthday card. Thus, I paired it with a Petal Pink card base… a color not, typically, on my radar. The layers were cut using the Deckled Rectangle Dies. To color the image, I used a combination of Classic Stamp Pads and Stamp and Write Markers.

A close up of the card front shows the detail in the two-step stamping. When using two-step stamping, it is important to remember, the images may not be completely covered or the color may exceed outside the lines of your stamped image. That is normal and adds to the interest of your card.
