Today, I am going to show you how to make two cards at the same time. So often, I find myself cutting a piece of 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. Once, I cut what I need, I put it back in the folder. But not today! Today, I am going to show you two cards and one with my “go to layout” that fits just, about, any card! For both cards, I am using Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Print Stamp set, Natural Prints dies and Hello Irresistible Designer Series Paper. My color scheme came from the Designer Series Paper: Pretty Peacock, Lost Lagoon, Soft Seafoam and Basic White.

Nature’s Prints: You’re On My Mind

For my the first card, I embossed Basic White using the Fern 3D Embossing Folder. This added texture and dimension to the card. Next, I layered 2″ x 5 1/4″ strip of the Designer Paper on 2 1/4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Pretty Peacock. All of the images and sentiments were stamped using Pretty Peacock then die cut. To finish off the outside of my card, I added a Linen Thread bow and Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels.

Nature’s Prints: A Heartfelt Thank You

For my second card, I decided to carry through with the Fern 3D Embossing Folder. But this time, I embossed the 4″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Hello Irresistible Designer Series Paper. The end result was stunning with the color variation of the paper! I layered the embossed DSP on Lost Lagoon before adhering it to the card front. Here, I used two of the same branches for my stamped images. After popping the images up with Dimensionals, I added a small bow using Lost Lagoon 1/4″ Bordered Ribbon. In the video, I used Linen Thread.

On the inside of both cards, I stamped the larger image twice without re-inking in the lower right corner of a Basic White layer. I, then did the same with the front of the envelope. The end result: a beautiful piece of stationary!
